- Our office hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. During closed hours, you can reach us at 506-532-5755.
- Towel exchange at our office from 10:00 am to noon: Bring in your soiled towels, face cloths, bath mats, and dish towels to be exchanged for clean ones.
- Please do not bring white towels to the beach. We have beach towels in the office if you forget yours.
- The door to the laundry room, located next to the office, can be unlocked with your cottage key. In the laundry room, you will have access to books if you wish to do some reading. You can purchase soap for laundry at the office, and you can also change money.
- Stop by the office if you need a pot to cook your lobster, cutlery, marshmallow toasting skewers, or iron.
- We also have volleyballs, soccer balls, beach toys, and board games.
- We sell wood for campfires and ice. There is a small canteen on site.
- Please bring your beach chairs and umbrellas.
- Parlee Beach is located at the end of Belliveau Beach Road. To walk to the beach from the main entrance, turn right onto Belliveau Beach Road. It is approximately a 10-minute walk. If you wish to drive to the beach, turn left at the Vacation Village exit. When you get to the yield sign, turn right to the lights and turn right again. Please note that there is an admission fee if you drive to the beach, but it is free before 9 am and after 4 pm.
- The gate to the pedestrian bridge on Belliveau Beach Street closes at 10 pm.
- Curfew on weekdays is 11 pm and midnight on weekends.
- No fireworks are permitted.
- Tents are not permitted on site.

- Departure time: 10 am
- A $250 deposit will be required for your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.
- You will be asked to provide a damage deposit of $200.00 (credit card or cash) upon arrival.
- Payment is expected to be made in full upon check-in.
- We have a strict policy of no more than 4 adults staying at the cottage. We reserve the right to limit the number of people per cottage (maximum of 4, including 2 adults and 2 children) and to terminate a reservation at any time.
- Please be advised that photo identification or a valid credit card may be required at the time of check-in. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present at check-in.
- Our quiet time during the weekend is midnight. We do have an on-site security guard (nightly) No visitors are allowed on the Vacation Village premises after 11:00 pm.
- There are no refunds on early departures for any reason, weather included.
- Any violation that disrupts the peace, safety and well-being of other guests may be cause for eviction without notice, refund or credit.
- We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any stolen items.
- All cottages are non-smoking. Please ensure that you smoke outside with the windows closed. If cleaning is required, a $250 charge will be applied to your credit card.
- We will do our best to honour your request for a particular cottage, but we cannot guarantee it.
